CalMat Co., Los Angeles, has named Michael J. Kerstetter, 53, executive vice president-construction materials. He will assume responsibility for the company’s two largest core businesses--the Concrete and Aggregates division and the Industrial Asphalt division. Kerstetter has been executive vice president of the Concrete and Aggregates division. In addition, Scott J. Wilcott has been named executive vice president and general counsel. Robert M. West, James L. Hurt and Mason O. Dickerson have been elected vice presidents.
