Marvin Hagler, former middleweight boxing champion, said that he will never fight again and that his future is in the movies.
Hagler, 36, who ruled the middleweight division for seven years, said that his retirement, after a close defeat by Sugar Ray Leonard in 1987, “was a very difficult decision to take.”
There have been recent rumors that he was planning a comeback.
