MTV has decided to air Cher’s video “If I Could Turn Back Time” at night only, saying the Oscar-winning actress shows “a little too much tush” in the clip. “When we accepted it, we felt it was borderline,” said Abbey Konowitch, MTV vice president for programming. “We received a great deal of negative feedback from our audience. In response, we’ve changed the way we’re programming it.” The video, which premiered six weeks ago on MTV, will only be aired from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., Konowitch said. The clip features Cher--wearing a thin, carefully placed leather V-shaped outfit and sheer stockings--performing on the deck of a troop ship.
