Groups Awarded Service Funds

Eight local community organizations have each been awarded $3,500 in public service funds, Councilman Zev Yaroslavsky has announced.
The recipients are the Los Angeles Free Clinic, the Center for Pacific Asian Families, Los Angeles Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the Fairfax Senior Citizens Center, the National Council of Jewish Women, the Hollywood Division of the Los Angeles Police Department, the Pico-Roberston Store Front and the Lifesavers Foundation.
