COMMERCIAL SCENE : Office/Warehouse in Fontana Under Way

Premier Business Properties of Newport Beach has initiated construction of a $9-million, 254,414-square-foot industrial office/warehouse within the Sierra Gateway Commerce Center in Fontana.
The building has 1,663-square-foot office areas and is one of the largest facilities for a maximum ratio of truck doors to square footage. It is adjacent to a 40-acre site purchased recently by Coca-Cola for a new facility.
Sierra Gateway Commerce Center is located just east of the Devore (15) Freeway between the San Bernardino (10) and Pomona (60) freeways.
