COMMERCIAL SCENE : Apartment Complex Sold to Montebello Couple

The Shadow Ridge apartment complex at 2225 E. Pumalo in San Bernardino has been sold by Senior Corp. of Miami Beach, Fla., for $12 million, reports the Inland Empire office of the Hanes Co., brokers in the transaction.
The buyers of the 328-unit, 41-building complex are Winston and Dorothy Ko of Montebello.
