West German Admiral to Visit Soviet Union

BONN — The general inspector of the West German armed forces will visit the Soviet Union in May, the first trip by a head of the Bundeswehr to a Warsaw Pact country, the Defense Ministry said Friday. A ministry spokesman would not give details of the visit by Adm. Dieter Wellerhoff.
