Council Sets Beautification Awards Date

The Los Angeles Business Council will present its 19th annual beautification awards April 3 to owners, contractors, architects and landscape architects for new and remodeled projects.
Awards will be given in the following categories: community, institutional or public project; commercial high-rise, mid-rise or low-rise. Residential: single- and multifamily; landscaping; commercial and residential.
To be eligible, building projects must have been completed in 1988. Landscape projects must have been completed in 1987 or 1988.
The deadline for submissions is March 10.
