Prep Basketball : Girls’ Roundup : Clutch Shooting by Klatt Lifts Orange Lutheran

Kim Klatt made a key three-pointer late in the game Thursday to help lift Orange Lutheran High School to a 48-43 victory over Whitney to clinch third place in the Olympic League.

Whitney led the entire game until Klatt, who finished with nine points, made a three-pointer to give Orange Lutheran a 44-43 lead with 1:45 left. Devon Koster had 15 points to lead Orange Lutheran (12-8 overall, 8-6 in league play). Whitney finished 10-9, 7-7.
