Education Department officials said they have banned an Indianapolis-based trade school from participating in federal student aid programs for courses such as a truck-driving correspondence program. The action against Superior Training Services Inc., which cannot be appealed, came five months after the Justice Department filed a $366-million lawsuit charging the school defrauded the aid programs.
