Ronald J. Speyer has been named president of Geneva Business Services Inc., the merger and acquisition services division of the Geneva Corp. of Irvine. He succeeds Conrad J. Tuerk, who left the company. Speyer joined Geneva in 1985 as senior vice president and was appointed executive vice president last year. Previously, he was an independent investment banker for 15 years, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
