U S Sprint said it will sell $15 million of the analog microwave transmission equipment used in its old long-distance telecommunications network to the People’s Republic of China. . . . El Monte-based Birtcher Corp. said it completed the acquisition of Neomed Inc. for an undisclosed amount of cash. Neomed makes electrosurgery generators for use in hospitals.
