European tours sponsored by North Orange County Community College District will be discussed at an open house at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the Board Room, District Education Center, 1000 N. Lemon St., Fullerton. Admission free. The district also will present a series of three lectures on China from 7 to 10 p.m. beginning Friday at Fullerton College, 321 E. Chapman Ave., Fullerton. The annual RV, Boat, Sport and Travel Show will be held from Wednesday through next Sunday at the Palm Springs Convention Center.
