Dyna-Craft Buys Stamping Unit of Handy & Harman

SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Dyna-Craft Inc., a unit of National Semiconductor Corp., says it has purchased the plastic and ceramic lead-frame stamping operations of Handy & Harman Electronic Materials Corp. Terms were not disclosed.
