PRAGUE, Czechoslovakia — An explosion in the southern Bohemia region of Czechoslovakia on Tuesday damaged buildings housing the district Communist Party headquarters and state offices, the state news agency CTK reported. No one was reported injured, and the explosion was being investigated.
