The physician for the captain of Delta Flight 1411 continued to deny investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board or anyone else a chance to interview Capt. Larry Davis about the Aug. 31 Dallas crash that killed 13 people. Dr. William Thompson said he alone is responsible for the decision after safety board officials complained that they were being kept away from Davis by overprotective Air Line Pilots Assn. and Delta Air Lines officials. Davis is at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, where he is being treated for back and facial injuries, a hospital spokesman said. He is listed in good condition.
