Fussing Over Milton
I started to clip out “The Gentle Wave of Bossa Nova Rolls On” to assist me in expanding my Brazilian music collection (by Leonard Feather, Sept. 4).
However, as soon as I saw Feather dismiss Milton Nascimento with “Why all the fuss about this man?” I put away my scissors.
Why is Feather reviewing Brazilian music if he doesn’t know what he’s talking about? Nascimento has influenced Brazilian music for over 25 years.
I am sick and tired of Feather’s condescending ignorance.
