Loews Theatre Management Corp. has agreed to acquire JF Theatres Inc. of Baltimore. The acquisition will give Loews a 66-screen circuit with 17 theaters in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Loews recently entered the nearby Washington area through its acquisition of the Roth theater chain, and it is constructing new screens as part of an expansion program in that region. Loews is a unit of Columbia Pictures Entertainment Inc.
