Maria DeSillers won another reprieve from a court order requiring her to surrender her BMW automobile, a cemetery plot and other personal property she bought with money from her late son’s medical fund. In Miami, Dade Circuit Judge Francis J. Christie offered DeSillers the opportunity instead to post a $100,000 bond with the court clerk to guarantee the property while she appeals the ruling. Ronnie DeSillers, 7, died in April, 1987, in Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh while awaiting a fourth liver transplant.
