Energy Panel Appointee

WASHINGTON — President Reagan announced Thursday that he is appointing Jerry Jay Langdon, a Midland, Tex., oil consultant, as a member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Langdon, president of Langdon & Associates Petroleum Consultants, would succeed Anthony G. Sousa.
