Art Institute’s Sculpture Park to Open Sept. 6 in Laguna With 4-Artist Show

Canyon Sculpture Park, an outdoor exhibition space and “leisure area” at the Art Institute of Southern California in Laguna Beach, will open Sept. 6 with sculpture by Michael Todd, Ed Quoss, Steve Metzger and Cy Vojak.
The pieces will remain on view until September, 1989; new site-specific work and other sculpture will be installed on a continuing basis as the park is expanded. It is on the institute’s grounds at 2222 Laguna Canyon Road.
Other work by Quoss, Metzger and Vojak will be on display through Oct. 1 in the indoor Ettinger and Reynolds Galleries at the school.
