L.A. Man 1 of 4 New Education Panelists

WASHINGTON — President Reagan on Monday said he will name C. Ronald Kimberling of Los Angeles, executive director of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation, to the Intergovernmental Advisory Council on Education.
Others chosen for membership on the council are Donald J. Devine of Maryland, Thelma M. Neff of Springfield, Mo., and Herb A. Sange of Jacksonville, Fla.
