CATANIA, Sicily — Jazz singer Sarah Vaughan had her handbag snatched during a concert tour of Italy after two boys on motorcycles blocked her limousine at a traffic light and smashed a window, police said today. Vaughan was being driven to her hotel after a concert when she lost her bag, containing $1,200 in cash, travelers checks and credit cards.
