Bishop Inc., a Westlake Village distributor of engineering and design products, promoted Kenneth J. Kay to president and chief executive.
Kay previously was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Bishop. Before joining the company in April, he was a financial officer with Ameron.
Dennis K. Tsuyuki, the company’s controller, was named secretary/treasurer.
