Clarence Barker has been named to the newly created position of vice president of development for the Irvine Office Co., an operating division of the Irvine Co. In his new post, he will be responsible for future office development by the Irvine Co. Previously, Barker spent 14 years with Williams Realty Corp. in Tulsa, Okla., developing urban mixed-use projects in the $150-million to $300-million range.
