Charles A. Lynch, 60, chairman and chief executive of DHL Airways, Redwood City, has resigned to become president and chief executive of Levolor Lorentzen Inc., effective July 1. A panel of senior DHL executives are spearheading the search for a new CEO. In the interim, DHL board member Peter Donnici will chair an executive task force.
