Hotel Completion Set for December

A December completion is planned for the $45-million, 350-room San Diego Marriott Mission Valley hotel near Interstates 8 and 805 in San Diego’s Mission Valley district.
The 16-story hotel in the 140-acre Rio Vista mixed-use complex is a joint venture of CalMat Properties and Interstate Hotels Corp. It was designed by BSHA and is being built by McDevitt & Street Co.
