“Dead Fish . . . “ was an excellent choice of words to present the irony of the Sea World experience (“Sunday in the Parks With Calendar,” by Calendar staff members, June 19).
While the directors of Sea World would like us to better connect with the beauty of the animals of our oceans, having them cut up, fried and grilled on the premises gives a double message to those with sensitivity.
A young child tends to feel in his or her gut this terrible irony. Thanks for your writing and excellence.
