Hospital Site Sold for Homes

Southwest Diversified Inc. has acquired about 220 acres overlooking Pasadena for development of 360 townhouses and single-family homes.
The land was formerly the site of La Vina Hospital.
Terms of the purchase from Cantwell/Anderson were not disclosed, but Cantwell/Anderson retains an option to repurchase finished townhouse sites.
