Marlborough Plans Project

Marlborough Development Corp., Los Angeles, will break ground in July on its $22.5-million, 90-house Ridgepointe development in Dove Canyon in south Orange County north of Coto de Caza.
Prices for the three- and four-bedroom houses are expected to range from $230,000 to $265,000. Move-ins are scheduled for March.
Stoffregen-Fuller, San Juan Capistrano, is the designer. Dove Canyon will contain about 1,300 single-family detached houses and a 5.5-acre commercial center.
