Work Finished on San Diego Office Building

Valley Rim Office Centre, a $10.5-million office building, has been completed at 3517 Camino del Rio South in San Diego, by owner/developer Ford Mance.
The four-level, 57,000-square-foot project is one of the first completed since the adoption of the Mission Valley community plan by the city of San Diego.
Valley Rim was designed by Stuart White, of San Diego, and Marc Dale, of Newport Beach, and features a stepped-back terrace design. Permanent financing was provided by Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Co. through landsale/leaseback.
