Center Phase 2 to Be Finished in ’88

A December completion is scheduled for the second phase of the three-phase, $30-million Carlsbad Pacific Center being constructed by Caliber Development at Palomar Airport Road and Interstate 5 in Carlsbad.
The first phase, with 48,000 square feet, is leased to Prudential Bache Securities, First Nationwide Bank, Headquarters Co., Daley Homes and Mara Escrow, according to a spokesman for Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services, the leasing agent. The second phase will consist of a three-story, 43,000-square-foot building, as will the third and final phase.
