Architect for Project Named

SDC Development, of Newport Beach, has selected Langdon Wilson Mumper Architects, also of Newport Beach, to design a mixed-use development on property in Cypress that includes Los Alamitos Race Track.
Jack Camp, partner and director of planning for the architectural firm, estimated the value of the project would be about $500 million.
The project, he said, could include retail, office and industrial facilities and a hotel, as well as the race track.
