Poet of the Year

Ernestine Hoff Emrick of La Verne has been named Poet of the Year by the California Federation of Chaparral Poets. A member of the West Covina chapter, she was recognized for her love sonnet, “Once in a Blue Moon,” and for a poem, “Easter Island.”
