Teen Panelists Sought: The Cypress Youth Commission is seeking teen-agers to serve on the 1988-89 Youth Commission. The city-appointed commission works with other community groups for the benefit of the community and its youth. Positions for commissioners and task force members are available. Applicants must be high school students living in Cypress. Applications may be obtained from City Hall, 5275 Orange Ave., and must be returned by 5 p.m. July 1.
