Local News in Brief : $200,000 Fire Damages Sun Valley Repair Shop

A Wednesday morning fire caused $200,000 in damage to a Sun Valley automobile repair shop and the equipment inside, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
The cause of the fire--reported at 3:55 a.m. at Kuhn Original, a one-story auto body and repair shop in the 11000 block of Fleetwood Street--was unknown and under investigation, said spokesman Greg Acevedo.
No injuries were reported, and the fire was extinguished in 50 minutes by eight engine companies, Acevedo said.
