DataTrak Agrees to Sell Assets in $1.73 Million Deal

DataTrak Inc. sold its construction software product lines and certain assets and liabilities to Software Shop Systems Inc. for up to $1.73 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Under the sale agreement, Mountain View, Calif.-based DataTrak received an initial payment of $480,000 and will receive an additional $900,000 to $1.25 million in royalties over three years on the sale of DataTrak products.
