Bernadette Peters will star in a TV movie based on the case of David Rothenberg, the boy set ablaze by a vengeful father. The ABC-TV movie “David” features Peters as the bewildered but courageous mother of the boy. The youngster survives the motel room fire, but emerges horribly scarred.
