Boat Capsizes, 100 Missing

DHAKA, Bangladesh — A fishing boat overturned and 100 people were missing and feared drowned in southeastern Bangladesh, the New Nation newspaper reported today. It said the boat, overloaded with passengers, capsized Monday in a canal.
