Talking Cajun

Robert Hilburn seemed to have enjoyed the “Original” Cajun and Zydeco Festival in Carson but clearly missed out on the French lessons (“ ‘Original’ Fest Celebrates Cajun Roots,” May 30).

Last time I was in Louisiana, the rallying cry was still “ Laissez les bon temps rouler “ (Let the good times roll), not “ Bon Ton Roulet “ (Good sounding wheel).
