Ben R. Lucero and Steven Hufstedler have been named to BoMed Medical Manufacturing’s board of directors. Lucero is a director and officer of Xsirius Scientific and Xsirius Superconductivity in Marina del Rey. Hufstedler is assistant clinical professor of anesthesiology at UC Irvine. In addition, James P. Christensen was named vice president of sales. He joined BoMed in February, 1987, as regional sales manager and was named director of sales in December. BoMed, based in Irvine, manufactures medical instruments for patient monitoring and therapeutic management applications.
