Marketing companies based in Van Nuys and Scottsdale, Ariz., have agreed to repay $1.1 million to consumers who purchased their Dream Away and Advanced Dream Away diet pills, the Federal Trade Commission announced. Steve Korrey, a co-owner of Highcliff, confirmed the settlement, saying the companies agreed to split the cost.
