Francis T. Vincent Jr., 49, previously executive vice president of the Coca-Cola Co., has returned to the private practice of law as a member of Caplin & Drysdale. Vincent was president and chief executive of Columbia Pictures Industries, which was acquired by Coca-Cola in 1982. He became senior vice president at Coca-Cola and was later named executive vice president.
