Comarco Inc. said it has won a contract valued at $3.5 million to manufacture, install and service emergency cellular call boxes on San Diego County freeways. Anaheim-based Comarco manufactures the call boxes as part of a joint venture with Cellular Communications Corp., a subsidiary of GTE Corp.
