Coopervision Will Lease Irvine Building

Coopervision Inc., a manufacturer of surgical products, will consolidate five facilities and establish its headquarters in a 240,000-square-foot building on a 13-acre site at Alton Parkway and the Laguna Canyon Freeway in Irvine Spectrum.

Coopervision has entered into a $21-million, 10-year build-to-suit lease for the 240,000-square-foot structure. It will be constructed by Irvine/O’Donnell Venture and completed by the fall of 1989.
