Divorced Mother Ordered to Limit Smoking Habit

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A circuit court enjoined a woman from smoking around her 4-year-old child when in confined spaces, but the mother said she will appeal.
“Exposing a child whose lungs are still growing to passive smoke is another form of child abuse,” Judge Bill Swann said Friday in issuing the order against Priscilla Bullock, sought by her former husband in a hearing on visiting rights.
