I must take exception to Mike Downey’s criticism of Pedro Guerrero for throwing his bat at New York Mets pitcher David Cone.
Guerrero was wrong for throwing his bat, but Cone was just as wrong for throwing at Guerrero.
Both players should have been suspended for 10 days and fined $10,000.
