Outrage Over Beating of an Elephant

I was shocked to learn that, as yet, no disciplinary action has been taken against the Wild Animal Park trainers who brutalized an elephant under their care.
It is my own feeling that any trainer who participated in this beating should be terminated, if not prosecuted.
