You can bet your house and kids that if Gen. Manuel Noriega of Panama were a communist, this Administration would have given the Pentagon a green light to invade Panama. Unfortunately for us, he’s only a fascist drug-dealing dictator, which means President Reagan and the gang will keep turning the other cheek.

What a sorry state it is for all of us.
