Group Raises Stake

A group including Fidelity International Ltd. and FMR Corp. have raised their stake in Culver City-based Information International Inc. to 17% of the common stock, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The group said it bought 25,000 Information International common shares at $12.82 each on April 27, and that it now controls a total of 381,030 common shares in the computer systems concern with Integrity Fund Inc.
